Classic massage

a method of treatment of external and internal symptoms of diseases and their causes. It consists in manual irritation of tissues affecting the whole body.

Aquavibron massage

Allows you to get rid of many small troublesome ailments or alleviate their symptoms and improve your life. Aquavibron gives you health, improves your well-being and allows you to relax after everyday’s stress.

Diadynamic therapy

Diadynamic currents, or Bernard’s currents, are generated through concurrent application of half-wave, rectified, sinusoidal alternate current and direct current.
They are used in degenerative spine, back and spine pain, neuralgia, muscular dystrophy, migraines.

Phonophoresis

The treatment involves the use of medications accompanied by ultrasounds. Medications provide an additional therapeutic effect, as they are more effectively transported through the skin into the deeper layers if accompanied by waves of a certain frequency. Phonophoresis is helpful with injuries (sprains, sore joints), pain syndromes in rheumatic diseases, neurological pain (e.g. root pain, discopathies).

Galvanic treatment

A treatment involving direct current. It has a soothing effect on the sensory nerves and stimulates the motor nerves.

Ionophoresis

Ionophoresis (ion therapy, iontophoresis) – medical treatment, a form of electrotherapy involving the introduction of charged electrical particles - ions - into the body through the skin or mucous membranes with a suitable device that emits galvanic current. Iontophoresis is used in the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative locomotor system, nerve damage, and in the local tissue perfusion disorders.

Magnetotherapy and magnetostimulation

A form of treatment that uses an alternating magnetic field and its positive effects on tissues and metabolism. Magnetostimulation activates mechanisms allowing to safely restore the natural balance of the body, alleviating ailments or getting rid of them altogether. In addition to relieving pain and improving blood circulation, this treatment has regenerating, antispastic and relaxing properties.

Interferential currents (Tens, Trebert, Kotz)

TENS - currents of medium and high frequencies, having strong  analgesic properties. The analgesic effect is based on relieving pain by nerve stimulation (TENS – Transcutaneous Nerve Stimulation). The treatment is applied in muscle pains, back pains, arthritis and neuralgia.

Kotz currents - currents used for electrical stimulation of weakened muscles, causing an increase in strength and muscle mass. They are used in the treatment of scoliosis and flat feet, as well as a training warming up the deeply located muscles. They also improve metabolism and reduce muscle tension. The therapy is useful in long-term muscle immobility (in fractures and the pain syndrome).

Trabert currents – a procedure aimed at generating muscle tremors and vibrations in order to relax them. It has been proven to quickly relieve pain, have a relaxing effect and cause tissue congestion.

Solux

Sollux lamp irradiation (IR) - a treatment that uses infrared radiation to extend capillaries, reduce muscle tension and metabolism, and improve blood circulation. It has an analgesic (blue filter) and anti-inflammatory (red filter) effect.

Terapulse

A treatment which uses a pulsed high-frequency electromagnetic field to improve peripheral blood flow and relieve pain. The therapeutic effect of pulsed fields consists in the supply of high frequency energy to the body with a very short exposure time and a long break following each pulse.

Tonolysis

A two-channel stimulation of flaccid and spastic paralyses. It is a method of electrostimulation whose main function is to restore the physiological balance of excitation of muscle fibers. It is used in the central nervous system disorders, where spastic paralysis of muscles is involved. Alternate operation of flexors and extensors forced by current flow results in recreation of the reflex mechanism and restoration of the physiological balance of paralyzed muscles.

Traction of the spine

Stretching the spine to create more space for nerves where they exit the spinal column or to relieve pressure on the cartilage disks between the bones or on the small spinal joints themselves.
